  1. Review titled Misleading advertising of a service that is not supported

Boots appears on the list of chemists who offer free Covid tests for immunocompromised patients but on several occasions have denied any knowledge of offering this service and refused to supply tests to my wife (who does qualify). I visited recently (because my wife had caught Covid) and was isolating at home and the staff and pharmacists had no knowledge of the scheme. They called the store manager who also denied any knowledge of the scheme even after I showed them their name on the NHS App! I persisted and they did finally give me a pack of tests "just to get rid of me", I think, still denying any knowledge of the scheme. Boots as an organisation need to train its staff better, as it is very hit and miss at various stores in the vicinity as to whether they know of the scheme or not. When I return for more tests I hope they have been trained correctly and know precisely what they need to do to supply these tests under this NHS scheme.
