    I feel that there are very serious problems at the pharmacy at Boots in Dartford. The practice of continually taking the phone off the hook when staff feel they are too busy to cope with answering it is a very dangerous practice as well as being very frustrating and annoying. It causes people with very important queries over their prescription receipt for. Instance and other important aspects of their medical treatment via prescribed medication in serious limbo. There appear to be serious weaknesses in communication with customers re prescriptions (especially if for example prescriptions have only been partially dispensed) and the wait times in long queues for prescription pick up from my experience and from what I have heard from others. I have experience also of someone who took time out of work to go there and being told that no it hadn't t been dispensed when the pharmacist I had spoken to the previous day had stayed on late to dispense it the previous night. This had left me without essential medication for more than 24 hrs. I get the feeling that the pharmacy is either understaffed or there are other organisational or other problems here. I realise that this is probably an extremely busy pharmacy but there seem to be some serious problems here.

    An hour today wasted text saying ready went in said part of order cancelled husband called me I went in told same thing I called surgery not cancelled asked to speak to whoever in charge he told me same thing they then looked the prescription out and not cancelled miraculously they got it one part they had told my husband and gave a ticket to collect Wednesday when I asked apparently not available till 21st December an absolutely shambles and not the first time ,not one person apologised after messing us about for an hour and fifteen minutes
