    I presented at this pharmacy today seeking consultation with a pharmacist due to tonsillitis. I was left waiting for 45 minutes to be told I'd have to go elsewhere due the pharmacist not having 'the kit'. I then went elsewhere only to be told he (the pharmacist) should have prescribed as I had described having white patches on my tonsils. I was inconvenienced massively, especially as I was feeling unwell and had a small child with me who also had to endure the wait, the drive and then a further drive to another pharmacist. Awful service. The pharmacists clearly don't want to help.

    Went to get over the counter migraine relief pills which I've bought in supermarkets. Not here! Had to fill in a form before being 'approved' by a young pompous white coat. What makes it worse, is there is only 2 tablets in a pack and they refused to sell me more than one! Absolutely pathetic and unhelpful. I'll just have to go back to sainsbury's in future.

    Boots, Epsom, Confirmed appointment; 15:45 15/10/24 Arrived for Appointment;15:40 15/10/24 Departed Boots store; 16:05 15/10/24 without being seen, therefore no vaccination. The Pharmacy team could not locate the vaccination Practitioner. Atrocious non-service by this Boots store, not even an apology.
