I used Boots Online Service because the eczema cream I needed was difficult to source. After a rigorous registration process, Boots were quick to take my payment. I was then told the online stock was exhausted, but that my prescription was waiting at a local chemist; it wasn't. My time was wasted and my patience sorely tried. I am told that a refund may take 5-10 working days. Avoid this service.

The online doctor staff at this Boots was just horribly rude. So much for 'discreet' service, only to loudly tell me what my prescription was to everyone else in the store. The staff also kept asking me if I've done something wrong with my data even though I told them I've done everything right, and in the end it was their system that was having problem. Terrible customer service. Will think 5 times before going back here.
