   And an example of my reasons for the title was today's experience. I had an order to collect. I arrived at a locked door and a notice that they were closed because they had no pharmacist to process prescriptions, sorry for any convenience! Pathetic, what about the thousands of other reasons that customers needed access? Surely all that was required was to put the notice on the pharmacy counter and open the rest of the shop? Whilst writing, I'd like to suggest that the vast Boots empire fork out to revamp this store, or it will not be in business there much longer. Surely they should compare it with the sparkling, bright and modern Superdrug, unfortunately just across the street! As it stands, our High Street Boots is a depressing place to visit and this is reflected in the demeanor of the staff.
