    I rang on Thursday morning to chase a (delayed) prescription. A message was taken and my call returned in the evening. The prescription would be delivered 2 days later, on Saturday, at 10.00. It wasn't. There was no message. I rang on Monday and was told there had been no driver on Saturday. There was now a driver available but s/he could not deliver the prescription today because they can't make a delivery on the day it is requested. I pointed out I had requested the prescription a whole 4 days earlier. This didn't count. So, I may get a prescription tomorrow, 5 days after I requested it but there again, I may not. I may just be part of some forgotten backlog of patients. And Boots doesn't give a toss because it has a near-monopoly in town now.

    Tried today Sunday 4th June at least 10- 15 times to get through to speak to the pharmacist. The phone was answered and put down several times and just let ring until is was cut off appalling customer service
