I have been there 3 times to collect my medications and in each occasion I had to wait for over 20min; at the counter they kept telling me “2more min” which was never true, there was no one before me, I guess they are just extremely slow. I have changed my pharmacy somewhere else, I don’t think is acceptable to wait 20-30min just to collect a cream when there’s no queue. I think it needs to improve the way of management.

I attended the pharmacy to ask clarifications about a prescriptions I have. The guy at the counter, when asked if I could speak with the chemist only responded with "yes" then proceeded to stare at me as if I should know where the chemist is or where I should wait. After a short wait, I have the pleasure to speak with the actual chemist that to my question about my contraceptive pill prescription responds: " best thing is to read the leaflet" , to which I say - "I did, it does not contain the answer" - she responds "it must". That was the end of our conversation. She was not smiling but looked quite bothered, I was not told hi when I entered or bye when I left. Considering this is the only Boots in a15 min drive radius, they should take better care of customers. The shop also looks dated and always understocked. Do not go there for help as you will not find it.
