I was extremely grateful to the staff of Boots pharmacy Cricklade for their kind and considerate help with a problem I had with a prescription for a family member. The staff that I spoke to on the telephone were very helpful and prepared to do all that they could to assist. They were very reassuring and happy to consider going way beyond my expectations to sort the problem out. I was at some distance from my parents and unable to visit them, a position that was very concerning. The pharmacy staff clearly understood my worries. Thank you very much, I am extremely grateful and would have no hesitation in recommending this pharmacy.
