Only customer at the pharmacy and the pharmacist sent another staff member over to me from the side to ask individual questions for her to then return to her with my answer despite being able to hear me. Then she came over and asked me the same questions from her computer without looking at me once. She asked me to describe the pain and I said bad, to which she gestured with her hand for more information without looking away from her screen and I asked her what measurement she wanted, she rolled her eyes and then looked back at her screen. She questioned how I wouldn’t know if I was pregnant or not and I said because I have just had my period and she told me that wasn’t a clear indication that I wasn’t pregnant. She made me wait 30 minutes for my prescription despite being the only customer there and then questioned that I had a prepayment certificate when it clearly showed that I did on my phone. No eye contact was made during the whole interaction. She made me feel like I was waiting her time despite being in significant pain.
