My surgery sent an immediate prescription for great pain in replacement hip to be delivered on 7 May and i paid £5 for that service. That delivery has not been made! Nor can i contact the Pharmacy by phone! Have been in touch with a Manager 67825605 to sort out my problem and still nothing has happened and no delivery! I normally get good service and informed when prescription ready but having paid for delivery on 7 May, no delivery has been made! Still have need for prescription as pain bad!

Following my review today, i made a mistake. The delivery i paid £5 for should read 7 June, not May! Medication needed for severe pain in hip 28+ years old following a severe pain attack from hip to foot when not able to move or lift foot!

The woman serving this afternoon kept a queue of 7 people waiting whilst she dealt with this man who only had a headache !! She knew we were all waiting but continued for at least 15 minutes like she was a doctor! She needs to think of other people waiting ,lots of whom were pensioners! Very bad service in this chemist . In the end she sold him some headache pills ! The woman needs to realise she’s there to serve not consult!!

Increasinly poor experiences at London St Norwich pharmacy led me to check all reviews nationwide. 33 out of 34 poor reviews in the past few years. O responses from Boots at all. Says it all. Couldn't care less apparently
