Review titled Staff do not answer phone
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 02 December 2024
Another person who reviewed has already spoken about the difficulty in receiving repeat prescriptions, so I'll simply agree with them to keep this shorter. For communication - the staff never answer the phone, you can sit there for hours with no response. The only way to communicate is to go in person, which is usually a waste of time - staff cannot answer questions, or you're there just to ask if they have fulfilled your prescription, etc. For anyone who is physically disabled, this is very frustrating to waste so much time and energy when staff could simply answer phone calls. It seems the phone they are supposed to use to answer customers is located somewhere in the back, as in store, you don't hear any ringing.

Review titled Poor prescription service
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Laura - Posted on 23 December 2022
Repeated inability to offer a reliable repeat prescription service. There is a 50/50 success rate as to whether they order for the following month. Yet again I am left without my medication and will need to manage the effects of temporary withdrawal. Admittedly It is however my fault for not checking the dates given my previous experience with thier failure. I never had an issue with the Boots in Wallington for this and so I have taken it for granted that when they said they would reorder - they would do just that. Whilst it is not the fault of the staff as there simply isn’t enough of them, they need to reduce thier services offered.
