F/t unpaid carer managing my own health conditions alongside family member's. Had a text Monday saying "we have your request, please wait". Now 7pm Wednesday evening and run out of night meds. No update from Boots, tried phoning multiple times to see if meds ready today, but phone never answered. Cannot leave caring responsibilities to visit Boots on the off-chance meds are ready, or to sit and wait while they're done- but without meds I won't be fit to care for relative. Stressed and frustrated, not for the first time. I wish they were quicker or would at least answer the phone.
