Came to this pharmacy after being referred by my doctor for antibiotics. I was turned away and told there was nothing they could do. I rang my doctor back up who informed me they had sent over all the relevant information according to the pharmacy I had not told them I had a doctor’s referral. Unfortunately this system is clearly not fit for use and The staff haven’t been trained. This resulted in me wandering around in quite a lot of discomfort and pain trying to get some antibiotics for a common ailment. Really doesn’t make any sense either because if you look into the details of ‘pharmacy first’ I should have been able to see a pharmacist who could have assessed me and made a decision to give me antibiotics. I feel really let down by the pharmacy and the complete lack of compassion or empathy from them. On the whole this place is really disorganised at the best of times: weeks to get prescriptions ready, missing medicines on a regular basis, and closed for lunchtime but failing to mention this on any website. I have moved pharmacy now. I recommend you stay clear of this place.
