Went to collect a prescription only to find the store locked with a notice on the door saying they could not open the store due to not having a pharmacist on duty. This is the second time this has happened to me recently. I also find my prescription items are invariably out of stock, deliveries haven’t arrived or items haven’t been checked off by a pharmacist.

My elderly mum has her prescriptions sent from her GP practice directly to Boots. When I go to collect them for her, more often than not they are either not ready or out of stock. Staff always appear to be carrying out tasks behind the counter and ,although they are aware you are waiting, do not break off what they are doing nor do they make eye contact and acknowledge you. Personally I go elsewhere for my own meditation but mum is reluctant to change. I’m afraid I wouldn’t recommend.
