I visited to try and get hold of the oral contraceptive pill, a service this pharmacy advertise on their website. However, I was turned away due to a lack of appointments. I asked could I book an appointment for the future to be told that was not possible and that they could not confirm when they would have a pharmacist available any more than a few hours in advance. If they cannot provide a service they should not advertise it.

I've been trying to phone the pharmacy at boots Hamilton, I've been phoning since five past nine this morning,to request an item that was inorder I picked up. It is now 10.17 still not answering their phone!!!! Is there a certain time that they do answer calls,it's really not acceptable,I know they're busy but surely they could answer!
