I went to collect my prescription after being notified two days earlier by my Doctor that it had been sent to pharmacy. When I got there and asked for it I was told it was not ready and would be a day or two. When I said I had received a message it had been sent out. I was met with rudeness and arrogance by several members of staff and told I could always change my pharmacy if I was upset about it. I felt upset about this as I have been there collecting every month for years. This attitude is unacceptable and bad for business. No wonder their reviews are so bad.
