   This Pharmacy hijacked my prescription by contacting my surgery and calling it off. I have never nominated them. Indeed I collect my repeat prescriptions from my surgery and then go to a chemist of my choice. This behaviour caused havoc, by my surgery having to produce a copy for me and my chemist of choice then had to call Bordon pharmacy to obtain the token! The sorry event cost me half a day to rectify. Despite their denials other pharmacy locally have experienced this same set of circumstances. Surely this is not acceptable? Imagine if you were in real need of urgent medication!
