I use this pharmacy regularly as I have a monthly repeat prescription. Since the last pharmacist has left, it has gone downhill. My monthly repeat for the last 3 months hasn’t been ready on time, has had items missing and there’s been a long queue at the door. How can my monthly repeat not be ready on time if they’ve had a month to do it. They are always ‘just doing it now’?!? And could you pop back as you’re missing a bit of it but ‘don’t worry, it’s not a big deal if you miss a day or so’?!? Really, then why would my doctor prescribe medication as a daily dose if I don’t need it? Why doesn’t he say to me, ‘take it when you feel like it’. C’mon pull your socks up and get on top of the job.

Think there is a new pharmacist as in the past never had a problem (but didn’t recognise this lady) The pharmacist said she was too busy to look at my sons skin to recommend a cream for a rash he’s had for 3 weeks and is spreading. I also explained I couldn’t get back till next week. She was literally the other side of the counter. Very poor service
