Used to be a great pharmacy but over the last 12-18 months has gone terrible. Majority of the staff are rude and unpleasant. I have had several issues with items not being delivered when they've been out of stock, they changed my prescription with my doctor because they were unable to get the medication I was prescribed which wasn't asked for and they sent me tablets of half the strength that was prescribed for a medication that is restricted on the amount a patient is allowed which meant I actually had half my usual amount. If you try to speak regarding resolving issues they do not like it and again are extremely rude and unhelpful.

This pharmacy are absolutely incompetent. Staff leave you waiting for 20minutes before even acknowledging you. This has not even been a one off as they have done it several times. Other patients waiting talk freely about how items are left off from the prescription and staff then leave them waiting for significant time before returning. I have heard the pharmacy manager say ‘let them wait’ whilst the queue has progressed I had to return to the pharmacy as items were not given to me despite asking if everything had been checked
