   This is not a complaint it’s just a query which I have asked twice about it I was told this pharmacy would text when my monthly repeat script was completed and ready to collect ( it was the pharmacy that advertised this service but it would appear it does not happen ? it avoids me ringing them to ask if my script is ready so not to disturb them . Do they inform customers that their monthly repeat script are ready to date it has not happened although requested twice .
