  1. Review titled Worst I’ve ever experienced

Rated 1 star out of 5

I don’t know how this place has a license for business. It makes a haberdashery look organised. The lady there didn’t have a clue how to find my prescription. When she got some help and eventually found it, they were out of stock. They printed me something to take to another pharmacy. When I found it in stock they couldn’t give it to me because this pharmacy had not released it back. Now they’re closed all weekend.

  3. Review titled Very unhelpful staff

I called the pharmacy to enquire about stock of a medication. It was confirmed to me that is was in stock so I asked the pharmacy where my prescription originally went, to release it back onto the database. I called Bridge pharmacy back to let them know prescription has now been released. The lady I spoke to informed me that she had incorrectly informed me of the available stock. It was 50mg I needed but they realised that it was actually 3omg in stock. I can forgive this as we make mistakes as humans. When I asked her if she could just check if she could order the prescription in (at this point I have no idea if the medication is not available nationwide or whether previous pharmacy have supplier issues) , the lady completely dismissed this. Told me there was no point in getting hold of the prescription off the NHS spine (which was released on her instructions so you think she might want to help me abit ) and that I should call other pharmacy's up for stock first. I did tell her she was very rude and unhelpful and I did call other pharamacies straight afterwards who had no issues at all with checking if they can order the prescription in. None of the others said they needed the prescription before they could check. To the owner / manager of the pharmacy- there is a reason why google and NHS reviews left are you are so bad !! I strongly recommend getting your staff trained so that they at the very least act as if they care about the customer !
