Visited Bridgewater pharmacy today to pick up a prescription which was carried out with no fuss was served by a happy and polite young lady(I find all the staff happy and polite) a real pleasure to visit thank you very much Bridgewater pharmacy for all your hard work

This pharmacy used to be great. It seems to have new management and is now quite poor. Very unorganised, takes ages to get a prescription. Loads of staff at the back but takes ages to get served. Needs sorting out.

prescription is never ready. Waited 20-25min and 7 other customer was served and they all came after me. When complained what's happening to my prescription as I am waiting for 25min then I was told that no its not been 25mins and the other lady from the pharmacy heard my date of birth and then she replied, she has got my prescription. All this time she had my prescription and she served other 7 people who came after me. They did not even apologies for kept me waiting. Recently the service has been extremely poor since change of new owners or staff. I will take out my repeat prescription and go somewhere else.

The service used to be good and staff friendly. Over the last it has become terrible and last night was the last straw. No consideration for customer, badly organised, rude, waited 30 minutes, no apologies.... I have now changed pharmacy and won't set my feet in there anymore

Always do their best for customers,they go out of their way to help people,lots of little things,like a one off home delivery on their way home because a train was running very late and pharmacy would have been closed before train arrived at watford... 5 stars to all the staff..
