   Online order placed 4th April with £4.99 delivery charged. Order still not received 2 weeks later. Contacted pharmacy to query and told would receive within 2 days. Still not received. Contacted them again and told only one person deals with online orders and on holiday for 3 weeks. This is a terrible/unacceptable service.

   Ordered eye drops online on June 20. Still not arrived over one month later. Phone wont ever connect says busy and emails get returned saying undeliverable. Cant afford to lose £25
