This practice is wonderful. There opening hours are so convenient, especially the fact they are open on a Sunday! I was triaged and prescribed some medication in less then half an hour. Fantastic service

I was concerned about my blood pressure after visiting the advanced practice nurse who asked me to monitor it at home. After visiting the pharmacy and talking to the pharmacist, I had my blood pressure retested and was relieved. He explained the numbers and what they meant, then suggested I should continue to monitor and return to talk to him in 10 days time. I was treated with respect and understanding which gave me great peace of mind and I will be in touch as agreed. Thank you.

Horrible experience on multiple occasions. Talked to in disgusting manner. Received a text to say my prescription was ready. When arrived I was given a bag and a note saying medication was not available. Cannot get a script to go elsewhere. Was not aware of this and now have to go back and forth with GP. Even though 25mg of the medication was in stock. (Needed 100mg) This hadn’t even been check before I had asked. Just said what do you want me to do was only requested yesterday. Had to change pharmacies as a consequence. Wouldn’t recommend to Anyone

Thank you for your view. Supply chains for medicines are long and complex and shortages can be caused by multiple factors. These include manufacturing or distribution problems and increased demand for medicines. Like many pharmacy up and down the country over the last 3-4 years this has become daily occurrence, sadly like many of our NHS colleagues everywhere NHS staff are in the front line facing this shortage when patients are desperately seeking their regular medication.

Brilliant service, very helpful and friendly. We turned up without calling beforehand but we were seen very quickly.

I had no idea the pharmacy could now deal with UTI s so was extremely impressed to be questioned over the phone then invited shortly after to the pharmacy for a consultation. This was a Sunday morning and I was in considerable discomfort so I was thrilled to be sorted so quickly in such a thorough and professional manner. Thank you Brighouse pharmacy. It is reassuring to know that even out of hours you are there to help.

Thank you for your feedback. Brighouse Pharmacy is running various services. Blood Pressure Check. Pharmacy first service which enables patients to be referred into community pharmacy for a minor illness or an urgent repeat medicine supply.
