Excellent team work very quick service can’t thank them all enough for all the hard work they do for us very friendly and do all they can to help we are always greeted with a friendly smile I wouldn’t go anywhere else that’s for sure they have been so good even during Covid exellent team work I would say Thankyou so much for all the help you have given me and continue to do much appreciated

Excellent pharmacy with excellent staff always go above and beyond to help with whatever you might need they are always so good with my wife’s scrips and my own always greeted with a smile we went in has friends and come out has family can’t thank them enough for everything they do they all work so well has a team couldn’t ask for anything more apart from please make my wife better inshalla

After having lots of bad experiences with pharmacies, this pharmacy as really got it right. Prescription ready, no waiting, friendly and even offered me my blood pressure check. Pleasantly surprised keep up the great work.

I contacted this pharmacy under instruction from 111 as it came up as the closest place I could see a health professional with regards to my back pain. It is not my usual pharmacy as I was at my partner's house when my pain worsened. The woman on the phone asked me for my name and date of birth and then just said "well you're not registered here" so I explained that a referral had been sent from 111. To which she mockingly repeated "a referral? We just do prescriptions". Then before I had chance to explain again she started talking to someone else in the pharmacy about a controlled rugs delivery without excusing herself from our conversation. I explained again that I had a bad back and 111 has advised me to speak to this pharmacy as the closest place I could get advice from a health professional. She then stated that I must need to speak to the pharmacist but this will have to be after 4 as he has a while host of stuff to do. Absolutely no compassion or care for what I was ringing for, made me feel like more of an inconvenience than anything else. Safe to say I will not be seeking advice from this pharmacy.

First time I've used this pharmacy for prescription and will be the last. Checked prescription before leaving shop and a medication that I hadn't ordered had been included so I told the assistant. She told the pharmacist who proceeded to tell me off for costing £45 of unused medication. I explained that I hadn't requested that item and that I had immediately given it back before leaving the shop. Was then given a scappy note to take immediately over to Drs telling them I no longer want the medication . Pharmacist then berated the staff at drs to me saying they were useless. I was quite shocked at his lack of customer service . No idea who was at fault but as a customer I didn't expect to be spoken to in that way. The young shop assistant needs some customer training also as she was very lacking . Will not go back.

Poor service, poor attitude can't believe how it is now to how it use to be I've had to change chemist for me and my children definitely not reliable at all
