I've been with Brockhurst pharmacy for 10 years and always been happy, it's been a pleasure knowing this pharmacy but, what's happened to it ? The stress this pharmacy is causing me is enormous, they haven't got a clue what they're doing. Yes, they lie, are rude, I end up calling them up to 6 times a day to get 1 prescription delivered and they've still not got it ready for delivery. Talk down to the customer. I'm truly shocked and I'm moving pharmacy immediately. I am housebound with a terminal diagnosis and take multiple medications, I need urgent deliveries at times. Unreliable is an understatement! I can't take any more stress caused by dealingwith this pharmacy, I was in tears yesterday when I called the pharmacy for the 6th time as they kept saying they hadn't received the script from the GP. Told me every time to call the GP, so 6 calls to GP too! Enough is enough! They can't even put a month's supply of medications together, surely this should be routinely done but no it isn't. What on earth has happened to it?

Since being taken over this pharmacy is terrible. They used to be very fast and efficient. Now I find some people f them quite rude. Went in today asked the girl on the desk for something and she walked out the back. I looked out the back her and an older woman were on their phones! Customer service from some of them is diabolical! Not using again

I ran out of medication and pharmacist was ready to help me instantly and professional also promised me to put aside two boxes of trulicity for me which has been a problem with. Trulicit was delivered to my door the next day

I have placed a prescription order on Saturday and it’s been almost a week and it still has not been delivered, I contacted the pharmacy who said it has not yet been signed by the GP - I contacted the GP who checked their file and advised that brockhurst pharmacy just only just sent the request after my call today. They lied and now my medication will not come in time and I have run out. This is not the first time this has happened. There is so countability!!

Throughout COVID and more recently I have received amazing service and and advice from all different staff and pharmacists in Brockhurst Pharmacy. Always helpful and go the extra mile when service falls short in other parts of the health service in particular.I tell my friends that they must be the best Pharmacy around

Using this pharmacy has been a pleasure. Welcoming and accomodating the services offered are great. Additionally offering covid vaccination service running it really does cater for local needs. The team are efficient and lovely with there lead always working hard to go that extra mile for all
