   I attended for BP monitoring and was seen by the lovely lady R who attended to my blood pressure and reviewed me afterwards and has sent me relevant information which I requested thank you very much. What a great service 😁

   Uninterested, uncaring staff. They are in the wrong line of work as clearly don't care about customers. Not good enough when handling vital medicines. Borderline dangerous. Several had medicine left off. Not notified at all. My dad has breathing difficulty every trip to the chemist is a huge effort for him. I have to leave work to drive him to and from several times in a day, having to enlist the help of 2 different doctors practices to get Brooks Pharmacy to sort it out.
