   my Son was issued with 3 prescriptions from a&. One of the prescriptions they didn't have and the other two I got home to find one tablet in each box, its missing the complete order. He is in agony and I now cant get back to the pharmacy until tomorrow evening due to work commitments. and you cant get through to them on the phone and no email address. what a mess, just like the rest of the nhs, not over staffed just incompetent and un led. if it was a commercial business it would have half of the staff laid off.
