No discretion exercised at all, I was challenged at the counter about my prescription and why I’m exempt, they also shared details of both my prescriptions. Other people were in the chemist including a sales lady doing stock take at the make up stall. Some staff are rude, there is no regard for privacy when doing customer verification and no discretion when handing over prescriptions. I am new to this practice having always used Boots however the service here is extremely poor. There is no text message service either so you always have to call ahead before going. Last week I was told that there was no prescription outstanding for me however today they have handed it over along with the one I actually went to collect. I am really disappointed that this practice has a great opportunity to win new customers and build loyalty within the community due to the closure of Boots however it feels like they’re not interested in supporting their local community. I am on life long medication so need prescriptions regularly, I need this service and appreciation for customer discretion to improve or I will be forced to redirect future prescriptions elsewhere. Finally, to put it in perspective, if you went to a bank and they verified you out loud then shouted out your bank balance for all to hear, would that be classed as a great customer experience, would you continue banking with them? Would you want others to know your address and know how much you have in the bank… I very much doubt it! Fortunately I believe everyone deserves a second chance, good luck Browgate.

Only just found out that they did Covid boosters, nice surprise as we live locally, made us feel comfortable and relaxed, very caring.
