My grandsons and I had our covid vaccines together. Quick, empathetic service would use again . Everyone was polite and helpful

So impressed with the friendly atmosphere and how well everyone put my daughter at ease when she was feeling nervous for her Covid jab. We will definitely return here for all future jabs, even though other pharmacies are closer to home. Thank you all!

Visited for my 6 year old autistic son’s covid vaccination and the staff were efficient, kind and caring. Took time with him to explain it all before and time to make sure he was ok after. Thank you!

When I attended this practice for my Covid-19 seasonal booster I was also offered a free Flu jab which I accepted. This was a really good start to me especially as the staff member was polite, friendly and welcoming. During the actual appointment, the relevant person really made me feel at ease and had a great ‘bedside manner’ - both people are a true credit to their profession - well done Bryant Road Pharmacy!

My husband and I just had our covid vaccines and the staff were great. Efficient, professional and friendly. Highly recommended and a great local facility.

Wonderful experience getting the covid booster today! All the staff seemed so happy and dedicated to their work. Great patient care and a wonderfully welcoming environment with a community-focussed feeling. Absolutely worth any wait (although it was only like a 30 minute wait when I went)

Went to have my covid jab at 12pm today only to find there is 1 hour wait due to walk ins. Nothing in place for people that had booked appointments. I arranged for my neighbour to come in to sit with my grandchild for half an hour while I went. I had to come away without my jab. I’m fuming,what a waste of my petrol to say nothing of trying to find a parking space.

I've been coming to this Chemist for 20 years, nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they are always able to locate my prescription. Pleased to have been able to use their vaccination service and have received some really helpful medical advice from the pharmacist.
