I have psoriasis. I have been ordering my prescription for my ointment and then waiting 2-3 weeks for them to deliver it. I phone the pharmacy they tell me to phone GP,I phone GP they say i don't need to phone them just call the pharmacy. In the mean time I am left without my prescription. After months of this I got angry so they have told me I can't get my prescription from them anymore. This is an absolute joke. I pay for my prescription and I'm not getting it which is seriously affecting my health but I am in the wrong???

I have bad psoriasis. I order my steroid ointment through Buckden pharmacy. For the last 4-5 months my prescription has been 2 weeks late. When I don't have my ointment for 2 days my whole body is in pain. Buckden pharmacy say they can't provide it without me calling my GP first. My GP has said don't call the GP just call Buckden pharmacy. In the mean time I have no prescription, I'm in alot of pain and just being fobbed off by the pharmacy and GP. I also pay for my prescription
