Buckland Pharmacy has never failed to deliver on their policies. I put my prescription into my Surgery and within the promised 48 hours I am notified that it is ready for collection. The staff are always smiling and give the impression that nothing is too much trouble. If one appears hesitant, they are always there to offer help and advise. They seem to make the effort to get to know regular visitors which allows them to anticipate my needs. Consequently, there never is a queue.

I would like to commend the staff at buckland pharmacy for the help they gave me when I had a problem obtaining a repeat prescription for my elderly, dementia affected mother. Thursday 29 June 2023, 1700hrs. They could not have been more helpful, courteous and efficient. Thank you so much to the staff.
