   First experience, went to collect prescription, that I had been informed was ready for collection to find it hadn't even been dispensed when I arrived. Second experience I was prescribed an additional medication and wanted to check first that the prescription had been received and the item in stock so to avoid a wasted trip. Telephoned ringing out, no answer then voicemail telling you to leave a msg, then telling you no room for any more msgs. Three times this happened within an hour. Went there expecting to see a very busy shop with queues to find instead two staff having a chat shop completely empty and surprise surprise prescription not dispensed yet. Appearance of the shop... not the cleanest. Not bothering with another visit
