   Thankyou I was quickly passed on to a member of staff who could answer my questions, advise and dress my wound. I had cut my finger on a broken coffee jar and wasn’t sure if I needed to attend A and E. This member of staff addressed all my worries and tended to my injury saving me from a long wait in A and E and wasting hospital resources. All members of staff I encountered were helpful, reassuring, I was treated with respect and care . Thankyou very much
