Consistently rude staff who fail to give good customer service or show empathy or sympathy. Today the rudest of all the staff was telling everyone who was standing outside in a queue, 20 minutes before they closed, that no more customers could be served as they were so busy and that we should have come earlier in the day! Unbelievable thoughtless, rude and uncaring response to people who were clearly in need of their medication and at the very least a kind word and understanding. We will be changing pharmacists and I would advise the GP practice to disassociate themselves from the pharmacist as they are not fit to dispense.

It is a great shame that the quality and service offered in this pharmacy continues to decline. I would always rather use small independent organisations rather than pharmacies in big supermarkets. However, this pharmacy is impossible to contact, when you call them, it’s not unknown for them to pick up the phone and put it down again immediately, they rarely have various medications in stock, their computer systems break regularly, and they are disorganised and chaotic. The staff seem stressed and unsupported by senior management
