On 2 consecutive occasions been served by the same professional, cheerful and helpful member of staff. Excellent repeat prescription service and follow up of new medication.

My husband have been with this pharmacy for a few years. I collect his medication and found the staff so lovely and helpful so I changed to this pharmacy for my medication 😊

I have used this pharmacy for a number of years. They are quick, efficient, helpful when I have queries and friendly. I often have problems communicating verbally but they are very patient and I communicate in other ways. At the weekend I was in a crisis but trying hard to collect my medication without the help of my usual carers. The staff quickly realised things were not okay and got me the help I needed and even stayed open whilst it was all being resolved. I can’t thank them enough for this. I felt very scared and vulnerable but they made sure I was safe.

I would recommend this pharmacy The staff are polite and caring nothing is to much trouble they are always willing to help This time of year with all the colds an flu they are rushed off there feet but still willing to help as best they can

After receiving a text message from the pharmacy on Friday afternoon,I went to the pharmacy at 0900 and collected my medication.Served with a smile and reorder confirmed.Great service,Thank you.

My son got sent home from school with bad ear ache. My step mum took him to Cadbury Heath Pharmacy. They looked in his ears, gave him some drops (and a lollipop) and were generally lovely to him. He came home so much happier and a lot more comfortable. Great service.

This is a fabulous small pharmacy. I have recently transferred here after terrible service from a larger pharmacy in the area. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the service is fantastic. I received a text to inform me when my prescription was ready to collect and everything was ready and waiting when I popped by to pick it up. Thank you to all the team. I’m very glad I moved to you.

Always text when prescription is ready and always helpful when collecting . Any questions I have asked if they are not able to answer will then get the Pharmacist to attend.
