Pharmacist handled a fitting patient fantastically, had to wait abit longer for my prescriptions but pharmacist and other staff handled the emergency situation incredibly whilst also seeing to the other waiting patients and made sure the unwell women had a safe way to get home also. Fantastic, professional and kind.

Pharmacist feels it’s appropriate to make people wait unnecessarily for 20 minutes 4 people waiting while she does a consultation, not only that the other staff was accessing the controlled drugs cupboard on their own

This practice is a caring, knowledgable team of people who helped me deal with two seizures whilst waiting for my prescription. The pharmacist was beside me whilst they happened which was comforting and considerate giving me confidence to deal with the situation. She contacted my friend once I had got through the seizures who could collect me and kept an eye on me for the half hour I had before I was picked up but was giving me all the necessary time to deal with feeling strong enough for getting home. She also called me later in the day to ensure I was doing well after these seizures which is a caring thing to do. I now have the confidence needed if this should happen there again. She also dealt with getting a particular type of medication for me which also gives me assurance I’ll be given my particular items even if it takes time to deal with. Hence my confidence in seeing this pharmacist and always happy to let people know.

My medication is always short and when you ask why is the insulin short it’s always some one else has needed it. They even do this with my mother in law who’s in her 80s and even charge for delivery absolutely disgusting service

Waited an hour this morning everybody else got seen to but I was left sitting. Every time I go in there always out of stock for my diabetic meds or deny having the prescription. The actual pharmacist just always on her phone and trying to ask her anything it’s like you’re just a nusience . Pharmacy looks unclean and old fashioned.will not return to this pharmacy again

Friendliness as you would never expect. I have always-yes always found the staff very friendly and also very helpful. Will recommend thoroughly.
