Review titled Incredibly rude pharmacists.

I went in to pick up my prescription from the hospital. The hospital I attended was private but it was an NHS appointment, I had been referred there by my GP. I went to pick my prescription up and the pharmacists were so rude. While I was there, a big queue built up behind me and then, I had to explain to them that this was not a private prescription. The rude pharmacist loudly started 'going off' about tax payers money and informed me that I was not eligible for this NHS service. I was clearly very distressed as I had been in a considerable amount of pain so being publicly spoken to this way was horrible. To be fair, another pharmacist apologised for me and said that they 'hadn't intended to make me upset' which I appreciated. None-the-less, I was able to pick up my prescription correctly at another pharmacy, no problem at all. I will avoid this pharmacy in the future as I am surprised that such inconsiderate people are able to be dealing with people who are vulnerable and unwell. I will be warning others to also avoid this pharmacy.
