Writing on 07/04/23 at 23.12 hrs. I requested an emergency prescription from NHS 111 they sent over the details of camelord pharmacy. I've trying to contact them just to confirm if they have received it yet keeping in mind that they will close at 0000 hrs. Now it's been an hour since I've been trying their phone they actually pick up and then hang up with out saying anything. I've made a video of nearly 15 minutes trying their phone at least five 75 times. I don't have medicines for tonight and they are closing in 40 minutes. Disgusting and shameful

I rang up to check the pharmacy had 52 weeks supply of my birth control in stock. The man answering the phone asked why I needed this much and I said the prescription had been authorised by my GP because I’m going away for a year. He then said I should not be getting prescriptions here to move and pay tax to another country (which isn’t the case I’m volunteering in Asia), so he could not facilitate this request, then proceeded to laugh down the phone at me and hang up. I am so disgusted by this workers response to what isn’t an uncommon request, as well as the lack of professionalism for laughing at me.

Turned up to drop a sharps box off arrives at the 8am opening time to allow me as a disabled person and easy car journey. Then stood outside Cameolord being hassled by homeless people for needles as even when I could take no more and left at 9am an hour passed opening they were still shut. Does not look well if you turn up to get an urgent prescription at 8am...
