   Fifteen minute waiting the queue, the system for checking and retrieving a prescription is ancient. I was asked my name and address three times. The counter assistant wrote my simply spelt surname wrong three times. Waiting for fifteen minutes and having to speak out my name and address three times, I turned to the patiently waiting lady behind me and said 'We've been her so long I feel I have got to know you quite well. Now you know my name and address you should come round for a cup of tea one day' Oh dear!
