I went to cannon street pharmacy said hi could i have some Ibuprofen 400 The lady said are they for you said yes she went to get them came back said you cant have them onIy got a 84 pack so i said what you cant sell me Ibuprofen I was shocked lady said i spilt them packs for perscription only so i left the pharmacy bit upset,

Dear Patient, Many thanks for sharing your feedback. We are sorry on this occasion your experience didn’t match your expectations. It is my understanding that there were no available over-the-counter packs for sale which the counter assistant was trying to explain. A wholesale order was placed and awaiting delivery. Unfortunately, due to regulations designed for patient safety we are unable to split a dispensing pack which is solely for prescription dispensing just to sell to one individual. I think there may have been some miscommunication with regards to the reasoning for the lack of sale/supply. This is an uncommon occurrence and rest assured this will not happen in the future.
