   I didn't want to have to do this but I'm now several days into placing my prescription and not only am I now out of one of my antidepressants but I've had no communication. As part of the Lo's group I believe a fast efficient service and updates regarding prescriptions are part of their ethos however this hasn't happened. What hS happened to customer service?

   Meds delivered promptly cannot fault the service. Never had any problems. The delivery people are always cheerful and will call back if we are out for any reason.
