Carterton Pharmacy failed to deliver my full order of medication again, missing off two items. Then they delivered someone else's medication, now their delivery driver is off sick and I will run out of medication the day after tomorrow. I'm housebound and have nobody to send to collect it. The pharmacist knows I will run out of medication, he knows I'm unable to leave my home, and he simply doesn't care. I've never encountered such irresponsible and uncaring people. This is absolutely appalling. Lives are being put at risk by their incompetence. If you have another option, do not use this pharmacy. Sadly, I have no such choice, and I'm currently sat at home terrified of what will happen when my medication runs out.

A week ago I re-ordered my prescription. Two days ago I visited in person to chase up (I have today run out). I was advised that the pharmacy were struggling to source my medicine and could not advise when I might receive it. I called my doctors practice who advised they had many complaints about this pharmacist. I was advised and have now registered with pharmacy2you. I think Carterton Pharmacy must be going out of business…

My repeat prescription medication order was due to arrive today, but didn't come. This happens nearly every time. When I rang the pharmacy, they claimed to have attempted delivery, and now refuse to deliver again, leaving me without essential medication. They insist I have to collect it in person, despite knowing I'm unable to do that. I experience one problem or another every single month. Either the order is wrong, incomplete, late, or doesn't arrive at all. Staff are extremely unhelpful, and don't care that they leave you without medication. The situation is terrifying, and the stress they cause is off the scale. Do not use this pharmacy unless you have no other option. Customer service is the worst I've experienced, and the attitude of the staff is appalling. I have never encountered such uncaring people.

The person servicing at the counter on Monday 13th Feb 2024 during the afternoon was really friendly and helpful and toom time to explain how to use the product being purchased and seemed contentious.

The Team at Carterton Chemist always go above and beyond, you are always treated with care, respect and kindness. The new owner is a very lucky person to have this team working for them. Thank you all.
