   My wife and I prebooked our Covid jabs through the NHS website. We received text reminders and turned up on time on Saturday morning. Upon arriving I told the young lady behind the counter why we were there and got the following reply 'We haven't got any'. I pointed out that we were prebooked and got the same reply. I pointed out that we had received reminders and was told 'We might have some next week'. Whilst I don't expect bowing and scraping from pharmacy staff, a simple 'Sorry, but we have run out' would have been far more polite. My feeling is that she had a couldn't care less attitude and as a result I will never use this pharmacy again.
