I called the pharmacy looking for advice for treatment for UTI symptoms. They told me to call in for a consultation with the pharmacist. I called in straight away and was seen in 5 minutes. Was given antibiotics around 10 minutes later. Such an amazing service. The pharmacists are so helpful and approachable. Highly recommend, very thankful to have this service available.

Had b.p. Monitor for 24 hour checks. Very patient helpful pharmacist. Took away any anxiety I had. Great service with good analysis. Thank you so much.

I was offered the 24 hr blood pressure monitoring service, having had consistently highish periodic readings. What an excellent service - purpose, process and results very well explained by the pharmacist along with advice about how to maintain good levels. If you have concern about your periodic blood pressure readings this provides 30 minute and hourly measurements over a 24 hr period to then provide a more meaningful average and the ability to consider reasons for higher and lower readings during that time, and whether any lifestyle/other change needed.

I went to the pharmacy to collect my prescriptions and I was offered a blood pressure reading, I always have it slightly high so I was offered a 24 hour monitor. The pharmacist and staff are always very pleasant and explain everything in detail. I recommend this pharmacy 100%. Many thanks!

I went in with some symptoms, and the pharmacist saw me immediately. Really professional, approachable and thorough. I was prescribed treatment there and then. Really good service.

My GP arranged for me to have a 24hour blood pressure monitor to be fitted. The pharmacy contacted me, arranged appointment, kept to the time exactly, thoroughly explained the procedure and took time to ensure all was working and fitting accurately. Next day the results were carefully explained to me. What a great service! Thank you.

Having high blood pressure for a while l was offered a blood pressure monitor over night , with good readings on returning the machine , the care from the pharmacist was excellent with good care taken to explain the whole prosses . Very pleased with the treatment recieved.

The only pharmacy open till 8pm and I needed for emergency medicine. I have explained my situation and I have been seen in like 5min and got medicine for my problem. It was very friendly and helpful. Very pleased with the service!

I went to Charter Pharmacy with my daughter and they served us quickly and friendly without going to GP and making appointment. We have got meds for my daughter's problems. It is good that Pharmacy is opened till 8pm. Should be Mon to Fri 8am-8pm.
