I went in with some symptoms, and the pharmacist saw me immediately. Really professional, approachable and thorough. I was prescribed treatment there and then. Really good service.

My GP arranged for me to have a 24hour blood pressure monitor to be fitted. The pharmacy contacted me, arranged appointment, kept to the time exactly, thoroughly explained the procedure and took time to ensure all was working and fitting accurately. Next day the results were carefully explained to me. What a great service! Thank you.

The only pharmacy open till 8pm and I needed for emergency medicine. I have explained my situation and I have been seen in like 5min and got medicine for my problem. It was very friendly and helpful. Very pleased with the service!

I recently visited Charter Pharmacy and was asked if i would like to take part in monitoring my blood pressure, i was fitted with a blood pressure monitor to wear for 24hrs which i did after 24hours i returned to the pharmacy to find out the results which was normal, this is a wonderful way to find out if you have high blood pressure. when i visit the doctor my blood pressure reading is always high. so a wonderful way to find your true blood pressure, i highly recommend this and thank you too the pharmacy for recommending this treatment

I have been a customer of Charter Pharmacy for 20 years and have recently been diagnosed with terminal bowel cancer. My hospital treatment requires chemotherapy every two weeks and a negative lateral flow test result is required before each session. I was shocked and dissapointed to discover on visiting the Charter Pharmacy in Davigdor Road, Hove, this morning that it is one of the very few pharmacies that do not provide free test kits - they prefer to sell them. This is mean spirited of them, they obviously value profit above community care. I was, however, able to obtain test kits at no charge from a local Kamsons pharmacy, the assistant simply required written proof of the intended treatment.
