After experiencing a severe ear infection and deafness I was advised to book an ear suction appointment. From the moment I made the appointment with the helpful assistant in the pharmacy to my actual procedure, I was looked after impeccably. My consultation and treatment were both carried out with care and professionalism. I had complete faith and trust. I have all my prescriptions sent to Chase Terrace Pharmacy and would not go anywhere else and my recent experience has been as good as any other time I need their help. Would highly recommend Thank you

Asked for advice regarding itchy sore skin around eye area, no advice given, male assistant told the female assistant just use moisturiser, which obviously I had done, I was hoping for a little bit more advice, but the male assistant didn't seem to be interested in advising, quite disappointed with the result, thought the advice would save a doctors appointment.
