I spoke to a member of staff and a male pharmacist on the 19th April on behalf of my Daughter. She has Addisons Disease and uses antisickness tablets when needed. The gp gave her ones that gave her side effects so i contacted at least 8 chemists to ask if we could but cyclizine over the counter (it does say on line you can). All chemists excepts Cherry Lane said no despite me informing them them of the reason why i needed them and that my Daughter had her Addisons card and bracelet to proove she wasnt going to abuse them. The pharmicist kindly gave a supply to my Daughter which helped her so much over the weekend, allowing her to eat as she previously couldnt because of her nausea. She even called 111 who text her to say thet couldnt ring her back within 24hrs!. Thank you so much for you kindness and understanding.

Had a problem with prescription not being received. They investigated and found it. Sorted it out and I got my product. Customer service is excellent. Always willing to help with any problems and find a solution. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they do go extra mile.

Each time I visit the Cherry Lane pharmacy I am always greeted with a smile. The staff are very polite, friendly, and never fail to assist me with any queries. Today I spoke to a young lady who was very cheerful and lifted my spirits after I had a tough day at work. Overall such a lovely experience when popping in to use the services. Thanks Cherry Lane pharmacy!

The pharmacist goes above and beyond, she is always there to listen and help, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this pharmacist to anyone who needs help and advice, well done to you all. The pharmacist was a great help to my wife when she was suffering with shingles.

All the girls at cherry lane are very polite and respectful they really help you with anything and the pharmacist is lovely she has a lot of time for her clients always explaining everything you dont understand as I had a problem with one of my medications and I didn’t understand what it was or why I was on it and the pharmacist sat me down and explained everything to me about how to take it and what it was for , she didn’t rush me or make me feel stupid she was very patient and professional.

I went into pharmacy with a prescription for my little boy, the chemist did not have the dose he been prescribed by help me by telling me what I can do the doctors to get a different prescription with a different dose on which would of been suitable for my son. This helped me so much as I didn’t not have to look for a chemist that had the medication

Superb service . Staff are helpful and friendly , specially the Pharmacist and the shop staff . Would recommend everyone to use this chemist. Was in and out today with my prescription .

I have been attending this chemist for many years and on this occasion I have found the staff to be friendly, efficient and helpful, as always. They gave me honest advice and it was the same familiar faces which served me which helps with continuity of care.
