My partner has been out of his anti psychotic medication for 3 days couldnt order as couldnt access website so ordered through surgery so ring up later that day and ask when his medication is likely to be in as hes desperate for it she said we can get for friday morning at earliest which wasnt ideal but there was nothing we could do so today (friday morning) walked into pharmacy greeted with the rudest woman ever who rolled her eyes and sighed to then be told we would have to wait for a pharmacist to come in for us to have the meds 9.25 the pharmacist came in! Gave us the meds with an oweing note none of the meds hes desperate for in the bag same staff member asked what to tick on the back of the form my partner didnt hear what she said as another member of staff was having a loud long conversation with one of her friends right next to checkout so he said sorry what did u say? So she said back of the form what shall i tick with a vile tone! This woman has always been a problem she shouldnt work with people if she cant be polite and professional!
