The young girl with dark hair on the desk was very impressive how she dealt with all the customers whilst I waited and she is an asset to your company. I wish I could get staff like her. The lady who did my injection was also very helpful and explained everything to me and was very engaging. Would definitely recommend

Clear and informative about the process before, during and after the travel vaccination. We felt able to make informed and balanced decisions regarding risk and benefits. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff member.

Attended today for booked flu vaccination. (Booking had been confirmed and reminder sent) Sevice was prompt, pleasant and very efficient. A very good experience.

Came to the pharmacy early, and was seen to immediately, no waiting required. This was for the covid injection, and I booked the flu injection fot the next day. The nurse asked me if I wanted the flu injection today, and did both. Never felt a thing! Highly professional and very friendly.

Called the pharmacy today due to needing a pill review and repeat prescription. Appointment easily made online. Saw the pharmacist the same day. Very professional service and will definitely be using this service again. Much easier than trying to organise an appointment at the GP.
